Please note that all information, policies, and service descriptions on our website and booking system are provided in English only. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they fully understand this information before booking or purchasing. Misunderstandings due to language barriers will not be accepted as valid grounds for refunds or disputes.
Appointments come out the 20th of each month at 12:00am, If you see no times available it means that we are fully booked or if you don’t see the date your interested in means it’s fully booked or we are unavailable. Please check the bookings site frequently for any possible cancellations.
The hair will not be shipped out if you book an appointment/service as it will installed by us. The hair will be ready on the 14th business day after the order. If not Yayaa's Handtouch will contact you.
If you need to bring your hair for the chosen service, the hair can be brought on our working days. If that time is not suitable for you, you can also put in out mailbox with your name on it. The hair/ wig can also be shipped towards the post adress as a letterbox package with a tracking number.
Please make sure before booking an appointment to be sure about the date. The appointment can be rescheduled once (after this your payment will be invalid). The service can not be changed so chose wisely. U can also book more services for one date.* NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT!
